Accident on R510: Serious Accident near Machauka Lodge: White Bakkie Involved in Cyclist Collision

Lephalale,  Saturday 12 April 2025- A grave incident occurred this past Saturday at the vicinity of Machauka Lodge on R510 road, where a cyclist was reportedly run over by a white bakkie that allegedly entered the gravel area. The event unfolded around midday, raising significant concern among local residents.

 

Witness accounts indicate that the bakkie veered off the main road onto a gravel path where the cyclist was present, leading to the unfortunate collision. The seriousness of the injuries sustained by the cyclist is yet to be disclosed, but the incident has highlighted urgent discussions on road safety in the area.
