In a significant development today, four of the accused in the driving licence fraud case have been granted bail set at R8,000, subject to certain conditions. This comes as the court hears the ongoing case against the group of individuals implicated in widespread corruption within the driving licence system.


Accused numbers 5, 6, 7, and 9 were part of the recent arrests as authorities crack down on fraudulent practices that have sparked community outrage. As the trial progresses, the state is expected to present additional evidence against the remaining suspects.
